I can see where she was going with this. Kind of. But ruffles should be smooth, even, and structured to avoid looking like last Christmas's wrapping paper. I guess Courtney must have missed that memo. The positive? Well...how about...it's shiny?

Oh Courtney, Courtney, I will always love you because Hole got me throught my early teen-age years...but in addition to this dress that is just well...tacky (I'm sorry!), your plastic surgery must stop! You're not even looking like yourself anymore. ;(
